Debrief Video, Inc. (The Company) referral program is open to anyone. Referrals are not limited to current or former employees of The Company.
The Company has established a referral program to help develop an internal culture of excellence by encouraging the referral of extraordinary engineers. Individuals who refer extraordinary candidates to The Company will be eligible to receive a bonus payment, provided that the following conditions of the referral program are met:

The Company has established a referral program to help develop an internal culture of excellence by encouraging the referral of extraordinary engineers. Individuals who refer extraordinary candidates to The Company will be eligible to receive a bonus payment, provided that the following conditions of the referral program are met:
- The referred individual (i.e., the candidate) must come from the referrer’s personal network (i.e., the candidate must be a friend, family member, classmate, colleague, etc.)
- The candidate must not have previously worked for The Company or any subsidiaries of The Company as either an employee or a contractor
- The candidate must not have submitted their resume directly to The Company, been referred to The Company, or been contacted by Indotronix for possible employment within a 12 month period prior to the current referral
- At the time of referral, the referrer must submit the candidate’s resume and how they know the candidate via the referral form
- The candidate must accept employment status as a direct employee of the company
- The candidate must maintain full time employment for 6 calendar months before the referrer is eligible for the referral bonus. Once this period is completed, the referring individual will receive $14,159.26 for a successful referral.
Notes:
- All referral bonuses are paid at the discretion of The Company’s management team. The referral bonus schedule may be changed at any time without notice.
- The Company shall have no other obligations after the payment of this one-time bonus amount.
