This month, we focused on helping you all find the exact information you are looking for even faster and being able to watch Debrief on the go! Debrief now allows each organization to have its own Custom Vocabulary to improve transcription. We’ve also rolled out Search by Tags to allow users to easily narrow down their search results. Additionally, we rolled out a brand new version of Debrief for Mobile so now you can catch up on a meeting that you missed from your phone.

Custom Vocabulary
Every company has their own lingo, acronyms, and technical terms. Debrief now supports Custom Vocabulary so that our transcription matches your company’s internal language. This will improve transcription accuracy for proper names and technical jargon. Go to your Admin Settings to add up to 100 phrases that can be up to six words long.
Filter by Tags
Users can now easily categorize their videos with multiple tags and then search within every video that has that tag. For example, you can now search for “401k benefits” within all of the videos that are tagged with “Onboarding”. This will help new hires quickly find the data they are looking for.

Mobile Web
Debrief has a brand new mobile web app and allows viewers to watch and find the content they want while on the move. They no longer need to open up their laptop to quickly watch the latest presentation.

- Existing Zoom Cloud Recordings can be immediately imported using Debrief’s integration
- Space view now uses gifs to show your teammates a preview of the video
